  2. 5-6 Lemons

  3. 2-5 Tbsp Fish Sauce

  4. 8-9 green onions

  5. 4 medium shallots

  6. 4-5 thai chilis

  7. 2 Tbsp Garlic Paste (4 Tbsp Minced Garlic)

  8. 2-3 Tbsp Chili Flakes


RECIPE

Step 1: Prep the Food

1. Prep Shallots & Chives (Cut them into thin pieces)

2. Cook Up Ground Turkey (As instructed in the video)

3. Cook Up The Aromatics (garlic, chives, shallots, chili flakes)

4. Add The Aromatics To The Ground Turkey & Mix Well

Step 2: Cook the Food

5. Squeeze in 2-4 Tbsp Lemon Juice

6. Add 2-4 Tbsp Fish Sauce (Season To Taste)

7. Toast 1 Tbsp White Rice & Crush Into Powder

8. Plate Ground Turkey

9. Add Powder Onto The Dish

10. Enjoy!
