INGREDIENTS

  1. 5 eggs

  2. Japanese Mayo (2 tbsp)

  3. Monkfruit Sugar (2 tbsp)

  4. Garlic Powder (1/2 tbsp)

  5. Milk Bread

  6. Cucumbers


RECIPE

Step 1: Cook and Prep

1. Boil all 5 eggs: first 2 for 7 minutes, next 3 for 2 more minutes (9 minutes total)

2. Take first 2 out and put in an ice bath. Same for the next 3

3. Peel eggs and slice the 2 eggs in half

Step 2: Mix and Cut

4. 3 eggs, mix it in with mayo, garlic powder, monk fruit sugar

5. Cut cucumbers thinly

Step 3: Assembling

6. Get bread. On top of one slice, place cucumbers and then halved eggs

7. Place egg salad and slice in half (NOTE: if you don’t want the crust cut off before slicing in half)

8. That’s it!!
