INGREDIENTS

  1. Sashimi: 6oz. Tuna & Salmon (sashimi grade)

  2. 1 tbsp ginger

  3. 1/4 Onion

  4. 4-5 tbsp green onion

  5. 1/2 Avocado

  6. 120g white rice

  7. 3 tbsp soy sauce

  8. 1 tbsp sesame oil

  9. 1/2 tbsp mirin


RECIPE

Step 1: Cutting Ingredients

1. Cut up sashimi into thick cubes (retains texture of the fish)

2. Dice up 1/4 onion, 4-5 tbsp green onion, and 1/2 avacado

3. Peel ginger and mince very finely

Step 2: Cook the Food

4. Make white rice (see teriyaki chicken video)

Step 3: Plating

5. Add fish, green onion, onions and ginger into bowl along with all the sauces (soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin)

6. Plate with white rice and enjoy!
