INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/2 lbs of eye of round

  2. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  3. 4 tbsp monk fruit sweetener

  4. 1 tbsp sesame oil

  5. 1/2 apple

  6. 1/2 kiwi

  7. 8-9 green onions


RECIPE

Step 1: Prep the Food

  1. Freeze/firm up the eye of round steak and cut them into thin bite sized pieces

  2. Prep marinade: 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 apple, 1 kiwi, 45g Monkfruit Sweetener, 2 thsp garlic

Step 2: Make Marinade

3. Blend marinade and add in the beef. Let sit for 30-45 minutes

5. Plate the food. 150g white rice, 1.5 cups of roasted broccoli, 6oz. Bulgogi
