Equipment Used In REcipe (Recommended Equipment):
Ingredients
2-3 tbsp garlic
4-5 tbsp Korean chili powder (gochugaru)
8-9 green onions
1 tbsp olive oil
5-6oz shrimp
1 packet soft tofu
1/2 cup water
Season with salt to taste
Recipe
Step 1: Prep Food
1. Prep all ingredients and get ready to put into the pan
2. Heat pot and put in 1 tbsp olive oil
Step 2: Cook the Food
3. Put in the garlic and gochugaru (chili powder) and cook for 1-2 minutes
4. Add in green onions and finish off the paste
5. Quickly add in the shrimp and pour in water after some color is formed
6. Mix the solution (should be nice and red) and season to taste (1-2 tbsp salt)
7. Add in the soft tofu and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes on low-medium heat
