INGREDIENTS

  1. 6oz. Eye of Round

  2. 6oz. Sirloin

  3. 3-4 tbsp green onion

  4. 2-3 tbsp garlic

  5. 1/2 apple

  6. 1/4 kiwi

  7. 1/2 onion

  8. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  9. 1/2 cup water

  10. 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener


RECIPE

Step 1: Preparation

1. Cut the beef into thin strips (freezing for 30 minutes beforehand really makes it easier)

2. Cut up 1/2 an apple, 1/4 kiwi, 1/2 onion and place in blender

3. Into blender add 2-3 tbsp garlic, 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener, 1/4 cup soy sauce (high quality), & 1/2 cup water

4. Blend and strain all the ingredients. Then place beef into a bowl and marinade for 1-2 hours

Step 2: Cooking

5. On high heat, place the beef on the pan and cook for 5-10 minutes or until a crust forms on the beef

6. Plate it up and enjoy!!
