Equipment Used In REcipe (Recommended Equipment):
INGREDIENTS
Bibimbap Bowl
1 bag of spinach
2 cucumbers
2 carrots
2 zucchinis
1 red bell pepper
6 oz of mushroom
1 bag of bean sprouts
1 TBS of soy sauce
1 TBS of sesame oil
1/2 tsp of garlic
Salt
Gochujang Sauce
6TBS Gochujang
3TBS water
2TBS monk fruit sweetener
1/2 TBS diced garlic
RECIPE
Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables
1. Slice cucumber. (You can eat fresh without cooking)
2. Slice carrot.
3. Slice Korean zucchini.
4. Slice bell pepper.
5. Slice mushroom and mix it with 1 TBS of soy sauce and 1tsp of sesame oil, marinade it for 5 minutes.
6. Slice lettuce 1-inch width.
Step 2: Boil the Vegetables
7. Clean bean sprout, blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes, and rinse it with cold water. Season it with a little bit of salt (1 or 2times of sprinkle) and 1/2 tsp of garlic.
8. Clean spinach and blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds and rinse it with cold water and squeeze it to remove water. Season it with salt(1 or 2 times sprinkle)
Step 3: Cook the Food
9. In a heated pan, add half tsp of olive oil and a little bit of salt in each ingredient stir fry: Carrot Zucchini Bell pepper
10. Stir fry marinated mushroom without oil.
Step 4: Cook the Meat
11. Marinade chicken slice with bulgogi sauce for 30min. And grill in the pan.
12. Fry up an egg.
Step 5: Make the Gochujang Sauce
Mix together 6TBS Gochujang, 3TBS water, 2TBS monk fruit sweetener, 1/2 TBS diced garlic
14. Mix up the Bibimbap
