  1. 1 cup panko

  2. 1 tbsp oil

  3. 2 tbsp flour

  4. 1 egg

  5. Japanese Milk Bread 4 slices

  6. 1 pork loin fillet

Tonkotsu sauce

  1. 3 tbsp ketchup

  2. 1 tbsp worcestershire

  3. 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  4. 1 tbsp honey


RECIPE

Step 1: Cooking Food

1. Pound pork loin and place in egg, then flour, then egg, then panko

2. Place in oven at 350F for 20 minutes

Step 2: Make Sauce

3. Make the tonkatsu sauce (follow the video)

Step 3: Assembling

4. Slice bread BEFORE putting in the katsu and make them nice and even

5. Assemble the sandwich and enjoy!
