Equipment Used In REcipe (Recommended Equipment):
INGREDIENTS
Birch Benders Pancake Mix (Sprouts, Wholefoods, trader joes) - 1 cup
1 tbsp butter
3/4 cup fat-free milk
1 egg
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
3 tbsp Matcha Powder
RECIPE
Mix all the ingredients in the video as instructed by the video
Half and egg into a bowl and whisk it into stiff peaks (4-5 minutes + forearm burnout)
Into another bowl, egg yolk, butter, baking soda & baking powder, 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener, 3/4 cup of fat-free milk
Step 2: Cook the Food
4. Spray down pan and ring mold and fill the mold to 3/4 of the way
5. Pour water around the mold and quickly put a lid on the pan
6. Cook for 8 minutes and add whatever fruit you like!
