Aspire Fitness Walnut is a blog that focuses on Asian foods while educating our readers on the wide variety of healthy Asian eats out there in the world. Although originally a gym located in California, this website has transitioned to focusing on the content and spreading the word about health and fitness through our blogs and articles.
Our three writers are all NASM certified personal trainers and the main author, Phillip Pak has a nutrition certification under NASM as well. Thus, you can expect these articles to dissect the nutritional benefits of certain foods while improving the macronutrient ratios of foods that aren’t great to eat while staying healthy.
