2 Lemons
2-4 Tbsp Fish Sauce
8-9 Chives
1 Medium Shallot
2 Tbsp Garlic Paste (4 Tbsp Minced Garlic)
2-3 Tbsp Chili Flakes
Recipe
Step 1: Prep Food
1. Prep Shallots & Chives (Cut them into thin pieces)
Step 2: Cook Food
2. Cook Up Ground Turkey (As instructed in video)
3. Cook Up The Aromatics (garlic, chives, shallots, chili flakes)
Step 3: Mixing
4. Add The Aromatics To The Ground Turkey & Mix Well
5. Squeeze in 2-4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
6. Add 2-4 Tbsp Fish Sauce (Season To Taste)
Step 4: Finalizing
7. Toast 1 Tbsp White Rice & Crush Into Powder
8. Plate Ground Turkey
9. Add Powder Onto The Dish
