INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 large handfuls of kimchi Dashida (Korean Beef Stock)

  2. 2 tbsp Day old rice (or our method)

  3. 2 cups

  4. 1 tbsp sesame oil

  5. 2-3 tbsp garlic

  6. 2-4 tbsp green onion

  7. 6-8 oz. chicken breast


RECIPE

Step 1: Preparation

1. Prep all the ingredients and make sure everything is ready to cook right after the other (prep is everything for fried rice)

2. Cook chicken breast in a wok first and let it cook all the way through

3. Take out chicken and add a little bit of oil and some kimchi w/ dashida. Let it caramelize

4. Add in garlic/green onion and stir it in

5. Add in chicken breast and let the color seep into the chicken

6. Now add the rice and allow it to get the flavors of the aromatics as well

7. Plate and enjoy!!

Step 2: Cooking

4. Spray down pan and ring mold and fill the mold to 3/4 of the way

5. Pour water around the mold and quickly put a lid on the pan

6. Cook for 8 minutes and add whatever fruit you like!
