We all know the reason why we gained weight and body is out of shape, but still living as it is day by day. Well, it happened to me too, I used to be fit and slim, but as time flies, I gained so much weight that I did not realized it'll one day have big impact on me.
It all started on July 2019, I finally stopped making excuses for myself and joined Aspire Fitness (personal trainer). A lot of people been asking me this question: why did you hired a personal trainer? Tell you the truth, I've always believe that I looked okay but just a little chubby yes, that "chubbiness" leads to back pain, walking but breathing hard, abnormal body temperature, etc...
The photo on the left was taken on Jan 2019 (165.8 lbs) and photo on the right was taken 10/12/2019 (148 lbs). I've lost approximately 20 lbs and still wishing to tone up more.

I wanted to loss weight but I don't have any experience and don't know where to start. I found this place through Yelp. I had training sessions with both Phill and Jasmine. They have been so patient with me, and help me stay motivated throughout this weight loss journey. They're always watching and keeping me accountable on my diet. 3 months and 30 sessions later I've lost 16 pounds! I can't believe that I did it and am so proud of my results :)

PHIL IS AWESOME!! I came to Phil because I wanted to become stronger and leaner without sacrificing my happiness and health. My favorite quality about Phil is that he really cares for his clients and it shows through the extra time he puts in getting to know your lifestyle and tailoring workouts that fit. For example, he walked me through how to track macronutrients, which turned out to be way easier and simpler than I thought. It's not become a lifestyle and I love every day of it.
In terms of the workouts, they are CHALLENGING! I always leave sweating, tired, but feeling so good, knowing that I got a good workout in.
